  • Shoe tree is a tool inserted into the shoe to maintain its shape, reduce upper wrinkles, relieve pressure points, and provide a more comfortable wearing experience.
    High quality shoe lasts are usually made of Cedar and Beech wood, which have the functions of moisture absorption, deformation prevention, and maintaining shoe shape, helping to extend the service life of shoes.

  • A shoe stretcher is an adjustable tool used to stretch the width or length of shoes, quickly relieving discomfort caused by tight shoes. Each shoe brace is usually equipped with adjustable bunion plugs, which can selectively expand the local space and improve comfort.
    Our shoe supports are mostly made of polished German beech wood and durable stainless steel mechanical structures, with smooth adjustment, stability, and durability.

  • Wood has natural moisture absorption properties, especially Cedar: it can absorb moisture inside shoes, making them dry faster; Can reduce odors and mold; Stable structure, will not exert excessive pressure on the shoe upper; The aroma of cedar can also have a natural deodorizing effect. Therefore, wooden shoe lasts are more suitable for long-term protection of high-quality leather shoes.

  • Not all shoe types are universal:
    For patent leather, soft leather, or particularly delicate shoes, excessive stretching should be avoided during use;
    Special shaped shoes such as high heels, boots, ballet shoes, etc. require the use of specialized shoe lasts or specialized shoe supports;
    Most standard shoe trees/retailers are more suitable for men's shoes, women's flat shoes, low cut leather shoes, and sports and leisure shoes.
    Choosing the correct size and style is crucial.

  • White powder is the crystallization of natural oil from cedar wood, which naturally precipitates when temperature and humidity change. This is a normal phenomenon and completely harmless. These powders can be easily removed by wiping or lightly brushing, without affecting their use and wood properties.

  • Black or dark nodules are natural knots in wood, which are part of the normal natural texture. It does not affect the strength or durability of the product, and is even considered a presentation of natural aesthetics in furniture design.

  • No. The cedar wood we use has not been painted or heavily treated to preserve its natural oil and fragrance. When humidity changes significantly, very fine natural cracks may appear on the surface of wood, which is a normal characteristic of solid wood materials and does not affect the structure or service life.

  • Choose the appropriate size and shape.
    Ensure that the shoe support matches the shoe shape and avoids being too tight or too loose. Use in dry shoes. Do not insert shoe supports into damp or damp shoes that have just been worn.
    Correct insertion method. First, gently place the front end into the toe of the shoe, and then press it down into the heel area.
    If it is an adjustable shoe stretcher. Please rotate or adjust slowly, do not over stretch at once to avoid damaging the shoe upper or shape. Reverse the operation when retrieving. Relax and adjust the structure first, then gently pull it out.
    Long term storage. Some shoe trees are suitable for staying inside the shoe to maintain the shoe shape (depending on the pressure and structure of the shoe tree).

  • Gently wipe with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, a small amount of mild detergent can be used in combination.
    Please avoid using strong solvents
    Soak in water or wipe excessively wet
    Use rough tools to scrape and grind

  • It is possible. If the shoe tree size is too large or the stretching force is not set properly, excessive pressure may cause:
    Stretching marks on the shoe upper
    Deformation of toe or heel
    Leather damage
    Therefore, it is essential to choose the appropriate size and gradually adjust the pressure.

  • Not recommended.
    Shoe trees/shoe supports should be used inside dry shoes.
    Wet shoes should be naturally air dried first to avoid:
    Wood swells or deforms due to water absorption
    Causing additional stress on the shoes
    Surface damage or impact on the service life of wood

  • Yes. We offer multiple customization options, including:
    Wood type: Cedar, beech, etc
    Size range: Suitable for different male and female shoe types
    Shoe structure: low cut, high cut, shoe specific, etc
    Additional features: metal parts, surface treatment, logo laser engraving, etc
    If you have customization needs, we can provide tailored solutions based on your brand, market positioning, or product requirements.

  • Incorrect sizing may result in:
    The upper of the shoe is stretched too tightly, resulting in pressure marks or deformation
    Uneven pressure on the toe or heel of the shoe
    Long term use leads to distortion of shoe shape
    Therefore, it is essential to choose a model that matches the shoe size and shape.

  • Confirm whether the surface is smooth and free of burrs (if any, light polishing can be done);
    Insert at an appropriate angle (such as rotating first and then pushing in) to reduce scratching and avoid hard pushing.
    If necessary, a thin layer of fabric (such as old socks or nylon) can be added between the insole to cushion it.

  • No need. Especially the cedar shoe tree, its natural oil can provide functions such as moisture absorption, deodorization, and mold resistance.
    It is not recommended to self oil or spray because:
    It will seal the pores of wood
    Reduce moisture absorption performance
    Covered with natural cedar fragrance
    Maintaining the original wood condition can achieve the best results.
